Reports turns the schedules into documents to review, print and distribute: the official Class Program of each section, each teacher's program, room usage, teacher loads, subject hours and the readiness check. Open it from Sidebar → @gi('file-earmark-bar-graph-fill') Reports.
Choose a report with the buttons at the top of the page:
| Report | Contents | Output |
|---|---|---|
| @gi('grid-3x3-gap') Section Schedule | The Class Program of one section: the weekly grid with subjects, teachers and rooms, under the school letterhead, with signature lines. | Print, PDF, Excel |
| @gi('person-workspace') Teacher Schedule | One teacher's weekly program with their classes, sections and total hours. | Print, PDF, Excel |
| @gi('door-open') Room Schedule | When one room is used during the week, and by which section, with a utilization summary. | |
| @gi('speedometer2') Teacher Load | Assigned weekly hours and load status of every teacher. | |
| @gi('clock-history') Subject Hours | For one section: each subject's required hours, scheduled hours and status (Complete, Incomplete, Exceeded). | |
| @gi('clipboard-check') Readiness | The feasibility check for the Term: Subject Teacher Coverage, Specialized Room Capacity and Section Grid Capacity, listing exactly what blocks complete scheduling. |
The buttons are greyed out until a section or teacher with a timetable is selected.
The letterhead (school name, division, address and logos) comes from Settings → School Profile. Fill it in before printing official copies.
