Indicator	Meaning
Red dot	Section has no schedule entries (Unscheduled / Not started).
Yellow dot	Section schedule is Incomplete.
Complete	Subject (or section) has all its required weekly hours.
Incomplete	Subject still needs hours.
Exceeded	Subject has more hours than required.
Conflict / Booked	Teacher / room already used at that day and time.
Active / Inactive	Record status. Inactive records are kept but not used.
Yellow timetable row	Break; cannot hold classes.
Blue cell outline	Selected cell (single click) or cell armed for moving (double-click).
Green / red highlighted cells	Valid / invalid drop targets while dragging or placing.
Green / red / gray toast	Success / error / information message.
