Only resources/js/app.js is loaded here, not resources/css/app.css.
app.css pulls in Tailwind, and Tailwind v4 auto-generates a utility
class for every class name it finds across ALL Blade files -- including
the literal word "collapse", which is also Bootstrap's own class name
for its collapsible-panel component. Tailwind's ".collapse { visibility:
collapse }" doesn't fight Bootstrap's "display" rule, so it applies
unopposed and silently makes the content of every expanded Bootstrap
collapse panel invisible (visibility is inherited by all descendants),
even though the panel itself still reserves its space. Nothing in this
admin layout intentionally uses Tailwind, so it's left out entirely here.
